Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
Directions:

- Whip the eggs until foamy and mix it with the milk and oil.

- Sift the flour and mix it with the baking soda and salt. Now stir in the liquid ingredients until smooth.

- Put the dough with a large spoon or ladle into a pan.
- Give maple syrup on a pancake and repeat until 3-4 pancakes stacked one above the other
